Well stocked room
They could only offer us a double bed instead of a twin room - may not be ideal for people of larger build than us as it gets pretty cosy between two friends.

Wonderful interiors and space was used very well. Definitely will be our choice next time.
I think there should be a demarcation between people travelling on work and holiday.............as we did not have time to actually use the washing machine. Clean linen could be added so that we can change it ourselves. Also there was no gadget like a vacuum cleaner to clean our room so the rooms get a bit dirty.

Wonderful location, easy walking to a variety of restaurants and shops, near a tube station, blocks away from Hyde Park--all the while in a comfortable residential setting. The suite has an updated, modern design with many amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Only downside was that the Internet service (WiFi) went down and they were unable to restore it during our three night stay. It would have been nice if they had offered to cover the cost of subscribing to a daily wireless service available in the area.

The location was fantastic, a peaceful area close to Kensington. The room had some charm, but sharing one big space with family was tricky. Minor issues with bedding comfort and air conditioning didn't overshadow the overall excellent experience.

We loved our stay! The room was big enough to accomodate all 3 of us comfortably. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and conveniences. The area of London made it easy to get whereever we wanted to go and the staff was very helpful and friendly with recommendations. It exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it. We certainly would stay there again.

Liked this small hotel, marvellous and prime location and air conditioned rooms. Great value for money, had a real good stay in the winter. The staff was accommodating and respectful and helped us find restaurants and bars which were located walk from. Kitchenette was great and had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators.

It was in a great place we walked into London one day. But the tube was just around the corner to go anywhere. There were heaps of restaurants around the corner and a shopping centre as well. We cooked in the apartment most nights and it was well equipped for this. The staff were helpful and friendly and room was clean and well presented. Would stay there again. Loved it.

The staff were helpful and provided useful information. The facilities were modern and practical and room was well designed and set up nicely. I think they have been very clever in utilising the space in the room and everything was functional and easy to operate. It was good to have a fridge, cutlery, dish washer etc all packed neatly into the room and there was sufficient storage for luggages and clothes. All in all, a pleasant experience and the location was great for exploring London on tube. Easy assess to restaurants on Queensway and underground stations. Also a short walk to Kensington Park.
Not having the room cleaned as we stayed less than 7 nights (their hotel policy) was the only negative point about our stay. We stayed for 6 nights and by the time we hit Day 3, we would have appreciated a fresh set of towels and cleaning of the bathroom and toilets as we were in a Triple Studio with 3 pax. I would suggest that for guest in Triple Studio, cleaning and change of towels would be great if staying more than 3 nights. I would be happy to be charged extra to have fresh towels and cleaning after 3 nights.
